McCalls Princess aka Suzie is a very special tri colored female
.
Born in the fall of 97, she has been the best friend. She was raised her
first four years on a farm in Iowa where her biggest chore was to shadow my
young son. Also in her charge were the protection of several flocks of
free range chickens, dairy cows, and pigs. She adored farm life and
regularly dined on hunted hares. Since then, we have moved to a
suburban setting and she has a yard with a garden spot that we share. I
try to grow lettuce and she digs for cool spots. Suzie adjusted to her new life and enjoys
going for rides in the
car and when she's not tied down with pups she love to go
on weekend trips camping. Suzie has excellent mothering skills and cares
for her pups unending. She is not aggressive towards visitors calling to
get a peek. She thrives on showing her new pups, and doesn't mind if
little human hands want to touch. Suzie is loyal, sensitive, responsive,
obedient, playful, vibrant, a natural heeler, a hunter of varmints and a
companion beyond compare.
Suzie, OFA'd GOOD, has whelped four litters. The first
two crosses were with an
unregistered border collie, Jack, that was imported from Scotland.
Her second litter born in June of 2003 was a cross with Butcher's Augtu.
Pups from this litter went to new homes as far west as Oregon and as far north
as Nebraska. Suzie's most recent litter born on New
Years Day 2004 is a
cross with Owen's Seyjak, a full brother and litter mate of Augtu.
